Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What are your minimum order requirements?
A: We have no true minimum order quantity, but smaller runs will result in a higher price per unit. Many of our clients find a sweet spot in 500-1000 units while some decide to start low with just 50 units and others as many as 5000 for more cost savings.
Q: How long does the formula development process take?
A: The timeline for new product development can range from 3 to 12 months, depending on the time needed to finalize the formulation and complete necessary or preferred testing.
Q: Can you manufacture natural products?
A: Yes! We formulate and manufacture strictly to leading natural and clean beauty retail standards, including Credo Clean Standard, Clean at Sephora, Ulta "Made Without", Whole Foods Premium Body Care, and EWG Verified, as well as Leaping Bunny cruelty-free and vegan guidelines. We can formulate to your target retailer's restricted substance list and provide the necessary ingredient documentation for your certification process.
Q: Can you manufacture sunscreens?
A: We don’t currently manufacture sunscreens or other over-the-counter (OTC) drugs.
Q: Is your facility registered with the FDA?
A: Yes! Even though our business is eligible for the small business exemption, we are planning for growth so our facility is registered with the FDA in compliance with current MoCRA regulations.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We proudly manufacture in the USA. More specifically in Colorado, where we’re conveniently located to minimize shipping costs nationwide.
